The Bar’s Elderly Pro Bono Program works collaboratively with the Volunteer Guardianship program of the Office of Healthy Aging (OHA). Volunteer attorneys are urgently needed to prepare and present guardianships requested by the OHA for our most frail and vulnerable seniors at probate courts statewide.
