Join us on November 17th for Discrimination Issues in the Workplace, presented by Angelyne E. Cooper, Esq. During this 1.5 credit CLE program, you’ll learn about discrimination issues in the workplace including FMLA claims, reasonable accommodations for disability under the ADA and Rhode Island anti-discrimination laws, and the new RI pay equity law.
As employers, you'll have the opportunity to hear from Michael D. Evora, Esq., Executive Director of the Commission for Human Rights and Cynthia M. Hiatt, Esq., Commissioner and former RICHR Legal Counsel. as to how to ensure compliance, and as an employee, you will be able to learn your rights and what you can request.
