Coronavirus Update: Lincoln Municipal Court; Reminder about Online Credits and Webinars; Free Meditation Webinar; Lawyers Helping Lawyers Reminder

We will continue to pass along pertinent information related to the coronavirus crisis as we receive it.

Please see the attached memo regarding Lincoln Municipal Court's current plan of operation.

As a reminder, Rhode Island attorneys may earn a maximum of six credits through video replay (on-demand) seminars each year. There is no limit on live webcast credit accrual, as it is the equivalent of attending a program in person. Please check our CLE calendar often for updates.

Although many of us are hunkered down and working from home, it is important to have virtual interactions with our peers and colleagues to avoid the detrimental effects of social isolation. If you find yourself seriously struggling with personal concerns and need someone to talk to, members of the Lawyers Helping Lawyers Program are available to speak with you CONFIDENTIALLY. Visit the Bar's Lawyers Helping Lawyers page for more information, and scroll down the page for list of members ready and willing to listen. Or, you can contact Coastline EAP and identify yourself as a Rhode Island Bar Association member seeking help. To contact Coastline EAP please call 1-800-445-1195. Even though most of our interactions with others at this time are being conducted virtually, there is always someone happy to listen and assist you.
