2024 Criminal Law & Procedure Updates: Practical Takeaways and 2025 Preview

The Rhode Island General Assembly was active during its 2024 session, addressing important issues in the areas of criminal law, procedure, and other related areas. This interactive session will summarize these activities, while suggesting some strategies for using (or trying to avoid!) them in your practice while previewing what to expect in 2025.
