Best Bankruptcy Practices Post Covid

The speakers will present and discuss the leading consumer bankruptcy strategies and fundamental issues that arise in both Chapter 7 and 13 cases. Practical pointers and perspectives for handling RI cases will be addressed along with the post COVID changes to the practice of bankruptcy.
The participants will have learned/reviewed in depth the key elements of representation for both Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy and have a working knowledge of the changes to the practice of bankruptcy post COVID.
