Description
In this five-part series we will practice mindfulness techniques and apply those practices to specific aspects of our daily lives. The sessions will be nonsequential so you can attend individual sessions without being present for all of them. However, the sessions will address different topics for those who wish to attend each of them towards developing a regular daily practice.
We will address mindfulness in a tangible manner and explore techniques that you can immediately incorporate into your daily life to improve your well-being, focus, and outlook. Mindfulness is often overlooked because of its simplicity. But if mindful habits are accumulated over the course of a day, they can have a dramatic positive impact on both your mental and physical health.
Mindfulness is a mindset that can be applied to the way we approach each day, how we communicate with coworkers and clients, make transitions and manage stress.
Session Four: Getting Unstuck
As we approach the Spring Equinox, we will use this seasonal transition to focus on reviewing techniques that can help us approach our daily life and interactions with a Beginner’s Mind and not getting stuck in recycled thinking of past narratives and life scripts. This shift in mindset has a strong positive impact in our professional interactions and general well being.
