Attorneys serve the public every day. The need to continue to serve clients while also dealing with the stress of personal health concerns and handling the burnout associated with working under these conditions is challenging. In this session, we will discuss mindfulness techniques that may be helpful in managing these issues in our everyday practice. By raising our awareness, we are able to control on responses to the external conditions we face.
