Law firm intake processes are largely ineffective. That’s because lawyers focus on their needs, in terms of defining intake structures, rather than what modern legal services consumers demand. This misalignment means that lawyers leave revenue on the table, because they can’t engage effectively with leads, or drive them to conversion. Part of the solution is setting up the right systems; and, part of the solution is understanding what clients want from lawyers.
