This final session will not only present another practice session of various techniques, but will also suggest specific examples of how the practice we have explored in these sessions can be incorporated into daily life in a professional and personal manner effectively and efficiently. Practicing these techniques to improve mental fitness is as important as exercises to maintain physical fitness. If you feel that you do not have the time to do so, it is likely you need it the most.
This session will show you that practicing these techniques for minutes in your day can improve your outlook, your concentration, your communication with others and your overall well-being.
