Description
This session will include additional lawyer stressors and mindfulness techniques so that participants will be able to find ones that particularly resonate with them. Exercises will include, but not be limited to, breathing techniques, thought and emotion analysis, scan of the body to identify and release tension and discomfort and guided visualizations to improve positivity and reduce the body’s ‘fight or flight’ response to stress.
Also in this session, exercises will be presented in a manner that a new participant can follow easily but allow those who have taken the earlier sessions to take the practice to a more advanced level.
