Description
This seminar will discuss skip tracing and what laws and regulations apply to skip tracing. The speaker will discuss how to use technology including public data and the internet before and after judgment to locate people and assets. The seminar will discuss social media and whether an attorney can ethically use social media to skip trace. Finally, the speaker will help identify what collection remedies are effective after the asset or person is located.
