IOLTA accounting is often overlooked by attorneys. But, it’s a major source of headaches, if you screw it up. So, how can you ensure that you’ve mastered trust accounting, so you don’t run into trouble down the line?
In this presentation, we’ll discuss the basics of trust account management, but also some underutilized tactics that are less well-known. We’ll present hypotheticals, as well as running attendees through sample ledgers. We’ll also discuss the viability of software programs for trust account management.
