The speakers will also review emerging wage and hour and whistleblower liabilities resulting from COVID-19, such as employees working "off the clock" while at home, employees working while on furlough, employees losing their exempt status due to pay cuts and salary reductions, and protected complaints about safety measures or lack of safety measures.
