LEODPATA Hearing Committee Appointment
Pursuant to the amended terms of Chapter 42-28.6 of the General Laws entitled "Law Enforcement Officers' Due Process, Accountability, and Transparency Act" (LEODPATA), the Rhode Island Bar Association shall annually submit to the Chief Justice of the RI Supreme Court names of attorneys, who are in good standing with the RI Supreme Court, interested in being considered to serve on the LEODPATA hearing committee.
