Summary

It’s a constant question that attorneys are asking these days: ‘How should lawyers vet artificial intelligence software?’  It’s a complicated issue, for sure – which contemplates the use of cloud software, generally, issues of data security, in particular & strategies around implementation.

In this comprehensive presentation, we’ll address the considerations that lawyers need to navigate when addressing whether and how to adopt AI technologies, and which ones.  To understand how to pass through this journey, you’ll need to be aware of federal laws, states laws and ethics rules & opinions.  But, that’s not even enough.  You also have to understand how softwares work – which is an even more complex concern with respect to how AI functions – and how to implement those tools in your environment.  From there, you’ll also need to determine how to deploy appropriate governance in your law firm around AI usage & monitoring.

If you’re struggling and frozen, in your AI deployment, join us as we cover the issues, and answer your questions.
