Summary

Some claims that should win, dont win. Knowing why is the first step to knowing what, if anything, you can do about it. This session will look at the appeals process with an eye towards making a record that shows the Administrative Law Judge did not act reasonably. It will look at the burden of proof at the administrative level and the Standard of Review in the District Court, and identify some common issues the Court has addressed.
