Summary

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) requires certain U.S. and foreign entities to identify and report on individuals who beneficially own or control those entities. This unprecedented new federal reporting regime became effective on January 1, 2024, spreading chaos and confusion for businesses and the counsel that serve them. This program will discuss how the CTA will impact your legal practice, even if you arent primarily a business lawyer.
