Summary

Its hard to believe; but, were almost smack dab in the middle of the 2020s. Its been 5 years since the COVID-19 pandemic struck. In addition to changing society as a whole, the pandemic also irrevocably altered law firm management. But, as some law firms seem to be taking steps back: like asking attorneys and staff to return to an office setting, it begs the question What is a modern law firm supposed to be now? In this program, well seek to identify that moving target, by outlining the characteristics of modernity for solo and small law firms. If you feel like youre backsliding on some of the advancements you made in the early part of the decade, well address how you can keep things moving in a positive direction.
