As a reminder, the next session of the FREE non-credit, technology program series, Compare & Contrast is scheduled for Thursday, January 5th at 12:30 pm via Zoom. The program will focus on how to prevent getting hacked. Jared Correia of Red Cave Law Firm Consulting and Attorney Mike Goldberg, co-chair of the Bar’s Technology in the Practice Committee, will review their top tips on how to avoid falling victim to popular scams, and take questions on the subject.
In our continuing ‘Compare & Contrast’ series for Rhode Island lawyers, we usually attempt to compare different software, hardware or other tools under a specific category, to allow you to make more informed decisions about the things you buy to improve the running of your law firm.
This time, we’re going to offer a new spin on this topic, mostly by delivering some much-needed advice on how not to get hacked, in your law firm. Following our relaying of some straight-up data security tips, we’ll offer some additional thoughts on software to assist in your New Year’s resolution to build a more secure law firm . . . and, yes: we’ll compare those options to each other.
This quick (30 minute) and free presentation will get you the information you need to make sure your information is safe. Please click here to register for the program via Zoom. Join us for this quick, lively program, as we kick off 2023 with a bang!
As a reminder, this series will review different law-related products and services and each webinar will be focused on a certain topic. In just 30 minutes, Jared will discuss what makes the most sense for members depending on practice size and budget. All sessions will be recorded and available to view free of charge on the Bar’s Law Practice Management page on
