This program will look at the appeals process with an eye towards making a record that shows the administrative law judge did not act reasonably. The program will explore the burden of proof at the administrative level and the Standard of Review in the District Court, and identify some common issues the Court has addressed.

The presenters will cover the basic procedures in planning the small-to-medium estate. They will also discuss peripheral documents, such as living trusts and various kinds of powers of attorney.
