Please Contact the Bar’s Pro Bono Programs During our “Thanks for Giving” Appeal
As you are probably aware, requests for legal assistance are on the rise and flow into the Bar Association’s Public Service Programs every day. We want to say to our attorney volunteers, “Thanks for Giving” clients in great need of legal assistance the gift of your expertise through the Volunteer Lawyer Program, Pro Bono Program for the Elderly, and Us Armed Forces Legal Services Project.
Your willingness to continue to share your expertise even in a difficult economy is truly admirable. You are providing justice and hope for so many who have nowhere else to turn.
During this time of giving, please consider joining one of the Bar’s pro bono programs to receive a list of pro bono cases that are in serious need of placement.
