Various laws touch on service animals and are not well understood by the public which can create risks of liability for those responsible for public spaces such as stores, offices, restaurants, and other businesses, as well as those responsible for housing. Attendees will learn about the requirements if they are responsible for a public space and if they are a service animal owner, will learn about their rights and how violations are reported.

We are especially excited about this webinar as it the first GoToWebinar that we are sponsoring! What does GoToWebinar mean? It means that your live webinar experience will be exactly the same, except the presenters are able to do so as safely as possible from their home or office. You sign up the same way you would for any other live webinar, and the MCLE accreditation is the same as other live webinars or in-person seminars, but the presenters don’t have to come to Bar headquarters to record the program. We are very excited about this new method of delivering educational programming to our members and look forward to offering more in the future!
