Description
In this session, we revisit the stressors lawyers face and techniques introduced in the first session and expand upon them so participants can start to incorporate them into their daily lives.
The exercises will be presented in a manner that will allow anyone who missed the first session to still be able to learn the techniques while those who did attend the first session will continue to benefit from them.
Also, those who have practiced mindfulness prior to these sessions will enjoy the opportunity to do so again in a community setting with like-minded members of the Bar.
Each session will include the practice of specific techniques and there will be time at the end for questions and observations.
