It shall be the duty of this Committee to study and make recommendations on practices and procedure relating to Environmental and Energy Law and to work toward the improvement of this area of law, keep the bar informed of developments in these practice areas, maintain a network of resources helpful to practitioners and make recommendations on important policy issues.
