The Committee will educate members, practitioners, and users of ADR by proposing and organizing training for mediators/arbitrators; review and discuss ethical rule issues; encourage public education regarding the nature and benefits of the dispute resolution processes and how to utilize them; and discuss best practices for neutrals and practitioners alike.
