The Committee shall endeavor to: 1. Monitor and evaluate judicial and non-judicial means of recognizing and/or modifying Creditors' and/or Debtors' rights; 2. When appropriate, recommend substantive and/or procedural changes in applicable State and/or Federal law; 3. Keep the bar informed of current statutory, rule-making and case-law developments; 4. Generally seek to elevate standards and improve the practice of law involving Creditors' and Debtors' rights.
