While Casemaker remains an excellent research tool that is available for free to all members of the Rhode Island Bar, another answer to solving your research dilemmas can be found at the Rhode Island State Law Library.

Rhode Island attorneys have access to the most comprehensive legal collection in the State of Rhode Island at their very own Rhode Island State Law Library. The recently renovated library offers electronic and print materials at no cost to all.

The library offers the best in electronic research tools, Westlaw, Lexis Advance, Hein-Online, and MCLE, to name a few. Our treatise collection is second to none and includes the best treatises from top publishers. Make secondary sources part of your legal research.

This program will also review free legal websites that make a difference. Attendees will hear success stories from two library power users who will share their tips on how making the library and the available tools part of your legal strategy.
