SUPERIOR COURT ISSUES TWO NEW ADMINISTRATIVE ORDERS ON MEDICAL MALPRACTICE

Rhode Island Superior Court Presiding Justice Alice B. Gibney issued two Administrative Orders effective on October 22, 2009. Administrative Order No. 2009-25 concerns Mandatory Medical Malpractice Mediation and Administrative Order No. 2009-26 addresses General Provisions Concerning Discovery and Disclosure in Medical Malpractice Cases in All Counties.
